Health and Wellness Group
The Health and Wellness Group emphasizes the wholeness of body, mind and spirit in our congregation. Healing, health and wellness are promoted among the members as well as the people in the surrounding community. The group seeks to implement programs relating to healthy living, personal safety, and spiritual growth. Two programs are offered at St. Luke's:
- POUND FITNESS:
Due to Social Distancing recommendations in response to COVID-19, online POUND sessions on ZOOM with Marti will be held every Monday and Wednesday (1 PM), and Saturday (10:55 AM).
